The Rapallo opened on December 20, 1963 with the screening of Charade. The Rapallo was the lounge and dress circle of the old State / Forum / Forum 1 & 2, Melbourne. The Greater Union eventually renamed the Rapallo Theatre to the Forum two (see: State / Forum / Forum 1 & 2, Melbourne) and closed its main entrance off Russell Street. References Film Weekly.
