Venue Comments

"Moorabbin had short life but a good one. Inspired by the success of nearby Hoyts/Skyline Oakleigh and the independant Sandrigham, Moorabbin was located smack, bang between the two.

The drive-in was in pleasant surrounds and had a large capacity of 890 cars. It was located next to Coca Cola's head office and was bought out by that company. Half the ramps and the entrance are still visible but all buildings are long since demolished." (kilderry 1999)
