Application for the approval of the opening of the building dated 12/07/1932. Applicant name: Reginald Moore, 350 approx. seating capacity.

Application for building alterations submitted 20/02/1937 - bio cabin included in plans.

Originally the Manchester Unity Hall (M.U.O Hall).

From 1961 the venue was used by the local swimming club who held dances and showed pictures every Saturday night.

Letter dated 29th August, 1963 states "it is noted that the above picture theatre is now being used as a furniture store."
