Total building costs came to 50,000 pounds.
The new building was given favourable reviews.
It is noted in Cinema Record that the Rivoli in Camberwell (built 194)
has similar features of the Park though on a much larger scale.
The stalls held 977 seats whilst the circle held 575.
A popular feature at The Park was the Hammond Organ which
would often be used with screenings until the 1950s
