The Arcadia Twin Cinema complex opened in 1992 under the proprietorship of John and Sue Kasoulis, proprietors of the Milton United Cinema.Milton School of Arts Three days prior to the opening the Kasoulis closed the Milton cinema, which ran out of the School of Arts hall.
