Comments | In 1941 Charlie Legg Bought Evans' Modern Cinema circuit, adding several more towns to it including Chidlow. He ran it monthly to begin with, then dropped the towns further away from Perth to condense it to a fortnightly circuit- then a 10 day circuit. Charlie Legg sold the business to Lew Punch in 1949, who developed 2 travelling circuits- on in the wheatbelt and one in the north. |
